- Register for an online application account with a personal email address.
- Proceed to complete the application and SUBMIT.
- An email confirmation will follow our electronic submission.

Admissions Update: Weighted Lottery
Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Northeast Metro Tech will use a weighted lottery for admissions in accordance with DESE regulations.
Lottery Overview
- All completed applications = 1 lottery entry
- Students may earn up to 2 additional entries
- Applicants will have 1–3 total entries
How Students Earn Extra Entries
Students can earn one (1) additional entry for each of the following:
Attendance
• Fewer than 27 unexcused absences during Grade 7 and first half of Grade 8
Discipline
• No suspensions or expulsions for:
– Assault on school staff
– Weapons possession
– Felony offenses
Northeast Metro Tech will verify attendance and discipline information with the student’s middle school guidance office
Timeline
- Lottery held: April 2026 (date to be announced)
- Family notification: Email sent 3 weeks before the lottery with number of entries
